This honey is certified to contain at least 250 mg / kg of methylglyoxal (MGO) - a natural ingredient contained only in manuka honey in high concentrations. The valuable properties of the original MGO (TM) honeys are researched in recent studies at the Instiut für Lebensmittelchemie of the TU Dresden.
