Herbal Tea
 

with lemon balm, chamomile, peppermint, strawberry, currant and others.  

Preparation: 1 to 2 heaped teaspoonfuls per cup of bubbly boiling water, leave to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes and pass through a tea strainer
