Return conditions and right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, we ask you to send us a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email) before the cancellation period expires.

Return costs
Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the return shipping costs. However, if we cover the return shipping costs, we will explicitly inform you of this in the cancellation notice.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order.

Condition of the goods
The goods must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging, unless they have been rendered unusable due to use. We reserve the right to retain a portion of the purchase price if the goods have been damaged or impaired by the customer's use.
