  • Germany: For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95.
  • EU countries: Shipping to other EU countries incurs a fee of €16.95.
  • International orders: Shipping to countries outside the EU is charged at a flat rate of €25.00. Any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: For orders over €60.00, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

2. Delivery Times

  • Germany: Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 working days.
  • EU countries: Shipping to EU countries typically takes 5–7 working days.
  • International: For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, ranging from 7 to 14 working days.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during holidays or special promotions (e.g., Black Friday).

3. Shipping Providers

We ship our products using reliable shipping providers such as DHL, DPD, or Hermes. The choice of shipping provider depends on the destination and parcel size.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. Aloeland.de is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We currently deliver within Germany and most EU countries. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us in advance to discuss shipping options.
