Hoyer fennel and thyme honey syrup is a soothing combination of fine selected blossom honey with valuable fennel and thyme oil.

Fennel is an ancient herb. Benedictine monks were already planting the plant in their monastery gardens north of the Alps in the 9th century. Fennel has always played an important role in traditions and customs. Its pleasantly strong taste has made it particularly popular with children. The main ingredient in fennel seed is the essential oil. Fennel has been used for centuries for the whole family because of its beneficial properties. Thyme - a proven household remedy for centuries - is very popular, especially because of its excellent aroma. The name thyme is derived from the Greek "thymos = courage", which is a reference to the plant's power. As a classic herbal remedy, thyme is a balm for the throat and voice. The essential oil thymol, which is extracted from the herb thyme, brings reliable relief. This positive property is particularly valued for coughs, which often rob people of sleep.
